To allow Data Services to access your computer, please download the Prolific Support App from either of the below links. Once it has finished downloading, please run the app and provide the 9-digit code to Data Services.
Note: If you are working remotely, this should be run on your home computer. Close or minimize Remote Desktop before downloading the Support App.
Once the app has been run, you will see a prompt appear. Before clicking OK, please ensure it says the app was created by email@example.com. If it says otherwise, please let Data Services know immediately.
After this, you will be provided with a 9-digit code. Please send this back to Data Services and leave the program running so they can connect.
